What do you love most about teaching?
Teaching is a noble profession. It is my wish to model the pupils well, so as to grow spiritually, socially and academically.
The future and development of a nation is determined by education given to the growing generation (students). In addition to that, I love this profession because everyone passes through the hands of a teacher to be what he/she is.
What is the biggest challenge to educating the students?
The most challenges I have ever encountered during teaching are:
- Pupils with different abilities in class (i.e fast and slow learners)
- Absenteeism due to health problems
- Family conflicts which leads to separation and students dropping out of school.
What resources do you wish to have for your students?
We need a well equipped science lab with all resources to enhance practical activities and experiments. We also need need a well equipped computer lab and all the resources needed to enhance computer lessons.
What inspires/motivates you?
I get motivated and inspired greatly with the good attitude of the students willing to learn and improve their future life.
